The Cabinet Member for
Parks, Highways and Transport Services has given approval to the
legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and
subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the
advertisement date the order can be made at a cost of £900 to
be funded from the delegated Ward budget (Heatons North):

‘No Waiting at Any Time’

Whitehurst Road

Both sides from the South Western kerb line of Mauldeth Road for a
distance of 10 metres in a South Westerly direction.

Mauldeth Road

From a point 16 metres North West of the North Western kerb line of
Whitehurst Road is a South Easterly direction to a point 10 metres
South East of the South Eastern kerb line of Whitehurst Road (to
tie-in with the aforementioned).
