The Area Committee
approved the introduction of the following ‘No Stopping
Except for Buses’ Clearway Order on an existing bus stop
situated on the east side of Wilmslow Road, south of the Southgate
Business Park, at an approximate cost of £300 to be funded
from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green Ward allocation):-

East Side – from a point 32 metres, north east of the
boundary line of property no. 329 tor a distance of 23 metres in a
south westerly direction.
 
The order is
established under Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (none
Traffic Regulation Order based).
