In line with the
Cabinet decision dated 6 December 2022, the Director of Place
Management in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing
& Environment has approved the final terms for the lease
agreements for the two EV charging sites detailed in this report
and provides delegated authority to enter into the leases, enter
into the licenses, and for the Director of Governance to take any
action and do all things necessary, incidental or expedient to the
implementation of the above resolutions.

This decision amends a previous agreement due to unexpected issues
with previous lease locations within the decision taken by the
Director of Place Management on 14 May 2025.
