Transport Services has considered a report detailing objections
received for the making of the Speed Limit Order detailed in
Appendix A in the report (being on either the first 15 metres of
any side road connecting with the Key Route Network or any district
distributor road) as part of the City Region Sustainable Transport
Settlements (CRSTS) Heaton Chapel Scheme, and has agreed that
notwithstanding the objection received, the order can be made as
advertised.
