The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval
for a rent review on an existing ground lease to be documented
together with the surrender of part of the lease, followed by the
granting of a new long-term lease on the surrendered part at Land
fronting Horton Street, Heaton Norris, Stockport, SK1 3LR.
