The Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks and
Transport Services has given approval to the legal advertising of
the following Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) schedules set out in
Appendix B, and that subject to no objections being made within 21
days from the advertisement date, the order can be made, to be
funded by the UK Government’s Levelling Up Fund.

Alternative options considered

Alternative options were considered during the
design development process; however, the proposed Traffic
Regulation Orders were assessed as the most appropriate means of
achieving effective parking management and delivering high-quality
walking, wheeling, and cycling routes to and from the
site.
