The Director for Place Management, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways &
Transport Services, gave approval for the Council to enter into the
attached legal agreements with Transport for Greater
Manchester.

Alternative options considered

The option to not take the opportunity for the
council to receive the additional funding offered through the
agreements was rejected.
