An application was
received from the public to modify the definitive map and
statement.  At its meeting on30 January
2017, the Werneth Area Committee
resolved to make a modification order to add the claimed route to
the definitive map and statement.
 
No objections were
received when the Council subsequently advertised the proposal.
 
That the Director of
Place Management has therefore authorised the confirmation of the
Public Rights of Way Order as advertised for Dark Lane, Bredbury to
Vernon Road, Bredbury being made a restricted by-way, and as
detailed in Appendix 3 to the report, understanding that there is
no outstanding objection to the Order as made.
