The Assistant Director for Legal &
Democratic Governance has given approval to an application from
Stockport Armed Forces Community Organisation for a total grant of
£300 from the Ward Flexibility Fund budget (£100 each
from the Brinnington & Stockport Central, Davenport & Cale
Green and Edgeley ward allocations) towards the cost of delivering
an event to celebrate Armed Forces Day in the town centre.

The ward councillors have been consulted on this grant allocation
and are in agreement that it be made.
