Following consultation with the Mayor, the
Deputy Chief Executive has taken urgent action under the
constitution to appoint Anna Roche as a member of the Exclusion
Review Panel.

The decision was taken as urgent action in advance of the next
Council Meeting in order that an exclusion review panel can be
constituted to determine a request from a parent for a review of
the decision to exclude a pupil from a school in
Stockport.
