The Deputy Chief
Executive, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance
& Resources, has given approval given to the award of a
contract to an external enforcement agency for the collection of
outstanding Business Rates, Council Tax, Housing Benefit
overpayments, and Adult Social Car debt as instructed by the
council on the terms and basis detailed in the ‘not for
publication’ report.
