The Deputy Chief
Executive, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and
Resources, has given approval to joining the GMCA
Framework/call-off contract for HR/Payroll system with Midland HR
as the supplier on an initial 5-year sign-up with the potential for
an extension of up to 15 years in 2 x 5
year extension periods.
