The Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance has
given approval to an application from Stockport Canal Boat Trust/
New Horizons for a total grant of £190.48 from the Ward
Flexibility Fund budget (£47.62 per ward allocation) towards
the cost of refurbishment (windows) of the narrowboat. The Trust
provide narrowboat cruises on board 'New Horizons' for people with
access issues or those who need additional support, their families
and carers.

The ward councillors have been consulted on this grant allocation
and are in agreement that it be made.
