At the meeting of
Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme South Area Committee on 3 August 2023,
the Area Committee considered an Objection Report for Fir Road,
Bramhall - Proposed Traffic Regulation Order 'No Waiting at Any
Time'.  The Area Committee gave approval to the amendment
of the originally advertised order in the light of the objections
received.  This decision was published as executive decision
reference ACEDB601.
 
However, it has since
been noted that there was an error within the approved Traffic Regulation
Order Schedule such that the description of the proposed order
was incorrect.
 
Following consultation
with the Chair and ward councillors, the Cabinet Member for Parks,
Highways & Transport Services has given approval to revocation
of the original decision and its replacement therefore with the
following amended Traffic Regulation Order:-

From the intersection
of the southeast kerb line of Brookdale Road for a distance of 20
metres in a southerly direction.
 

Fir Road, Bramhall (East Side)
From the intersection
of the northeast kerb line of Waterloo Road for a distance of 17
metres in a northerly direction.
