Deputy Chief Executive has given approval to enter into the
following agreements with The Laurus
Trust (the “Academy Trust”) and the Governing Body
Priestnall High School:
 
(1)
Commercial Transfer Agreement (to include any Service
Level/Buy-back Agreements); and
 
(2)
Lease.
