Purpose

the Cabinet will be asked to approve the
ongoing programme approach to the transformation of services
delivered by TLC as well as the proposed changes to the TLC
governance arrangements and management structure

Content

The Cabinet considered
the TLC Transformation Update on the progress against the TLC
programme of transformation along with proposed changes to
governance arrangements and agreed to:

The proposed changes to the TLC governance arrangements and
management structure.
 

·        
The current version of the Articles of Association and to the
delegation to the Assistant Director – Legal and Democratic
Governance, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance
& Resources, to agree and finalise the wording of the Articles
of Association.
