The Area Committee has given approval to an
application received from Friends of Shahnameh for a grant of £270 (£110
from Cheadle & Gatley, £110 from Cheadle Hulme North, and
£50 from Heald Green wards allocation) towards the cost of
organising a community festival over two days, to bring together
different cultures to experience poetry and music together.
