Decision

The Area Committee has given approval the legal advertising of a Traffic Regulation Order in the form of a Residents Permit Parking scheme on a section of Hilton Street, Edgeley (Appendix A) and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the order be made at a cost of £4,000 from the Delegated Budget (Edgeley ward allocation):

Resident Permit Holders Parking Only (Properties 2 - 16 even side only)

Hilton Street, Edgeley - West Side

From a point 10 metres north of the intersection of the northern kerbline of Gradwell Street for a distance of 6.5 metres in a northerly direction.  From a point 23.5 metres north of intersection of the northern kerbline of Gradwell Street for a distance of 37.5 metres in a northerly direction.
