Decision

The Area Committee has given approval to authorise the making of an order under s.119 of the Highways Act 1980 diverting of footpath 137 Marple from a line A-B-C-D to a new line A-X-Y-B-C1-Z as shown on the plan at Appendix 1 of the report, and in the event that objections are received and sustained to the order, forward the order to the Secretary of State for confirmation.
