Decision

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways and Transport Services has considered the objection received in relation to proposed introduction of a 20mph Speed Limit Zone within the Cote Green Estate area and has agreed that, notwithstanding the objection, the Order for the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) and associated 20mph Speed Limit Order (SLO) for the Cote Green Estate Zone, as set out in Appendix A, be made as advertised.

No other options considered as the alternatives to the proposals laid out within this report would significantly impact the delivery of the scheme.
