Decision

The Area Committee has given approval to the legal advertising of the introduction of the following Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ on Ashton Street, South View and Peart Avenue, Woodley at a cost of £1,250 to be funded by the Bredbury & Woodley Delegated Ward Budget and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the order can be made:-

‘No Waiting At Any Time’

Ashton Street - Northeast Side

From a point 10m northwest of the intersection of the northwestern kerb line of South View, to a point 13m southeast of the intersection of the southeastern kerb line of South View.

South View – Both Sides

From the intersection of the northeastern kerb line of Ashton Street for a distance of 10m in a north easterly direction.

South View – Southwest Side

From a point 10m southwest of the intersection of the south western kerb line of Peart Avenue, to a point 10m northeast of the intersection of the north eastern kerb line of Peart Avenue.

Peart Avenue – Both Sides

From the intersection of the south eastern kerb line of South View for a distance of 10m in a southeasterly direction.
