Purpose

Report to request the approval of a loan
facility with TLC for the management of fleet.

Content

The Cabinet has
considered proposals for a new loan facility for fleet at Totally
Local Company Ltd (TLC). This new loan, along with consideration of
leasing will enable the Environmental Services Strategy which is
currently being devised, and has:-
 
(1) Approved the
provision of a loan facility to TLC to implement the Environmental
Services Strategy with the terms of individual tranches, together
with a financial appraisal, delegated to the Assistant Director,
Finance/Deputy S151 Officer in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Finance & Resources.
 
(2) Delegated
extensions to the value of the facility to the Assistant Director,
Finance/Deputy S151 Officer in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Finance & Resources.
