The Area Committee has
given approval to an application from Friends of Shahnameh for a
grant of £90 from the Ward Flexibility Funding Budget
(£45 from Heatons North, £45 from Heatons South)
towards the cost of organising visits to cultural venues and
running regular Persian poetry workshops, for the benefit of
Persian and English speaking members of the community.
