The Area Committee has
given approval for the legal advertising of the following Traffic
Regulation Order at a cost of £900 to be funded from the
Heatons North Delegated Ward Budget and subject to no objections
being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the
following order can be made:-
 

Extend No Waiting at Any Time:
 
Heaton Close
 
South east side from a
point 10 metres south west of the south western kerb line of
Balmoral Road in a south westerly direction following the Adopted
kerb line to a point level with the projected boundary line between
Numbers 12 & 14 (a distance of 74 metres).
 
Cul-de-sac part
(Access to Thornfield Court) on the north east side from the said
point for a distance of 11 metres in a south easterly direction to
the limit of Adopted Highway (to tie in with the
aforementioned).
