To approve the undertaking of a full open procurement exercise to establish a new Executive Recruitment Framework for permanent senior officer recruitment. The framework will consist of a maximum of five suppliers, to ensure sufficient competition and resilience across a range of senior recruitment requirements. The final number appointed will be determined through the evaluation process
