Decision

That the City Council enters into a new commercial lease for 15-years at an agreed annual rent Vaults at the Goods Yard, as set out in this report.
1.2That the City Council enters into an Agreement for Lease and subsequent new commercial lease for 10-years at an agreed annual rent, in respect of the Signal Box (upper floor), at the Goods Yard, as set out in this report.
1.3That the City Council procures and awards the required contracts to undertake capital works to the Signal Box (both upper and lower ground floors) and the Vaults to enable both lettings to proceed

Reasons for the decision

To approve the grant of new commercial leases of the Vaults and Signal Box (upper floor) at the Goods Yard, Stoke-on-Trent on the terms set out in this report and
Capital expenditure at an agreed amount to undertake works to bring the space up to a standard to enable tenants to undertake their fit-out works
