Climate Change Panel

The overriding aim of the Panel is to drive forward the climate change agenda for the Council and to act as the principal arena for engagement with and participation of the public.   A minimum of three times per year the business of the meeting will include public participation and members of the public may make representations or ask questions on matters within the Terms of Reference of the Panel. No member of the public shall speak for more than five minutes, except by permission of the Chair.   Members of the public are asked to submit either a written submission or a video of their question or statement to climate.emergency@stratford-dc.gov.uk two weeks prior to the scheduled public participation meeting.   Meetings of the Climate Change Panel are recorded and can be found on the Stratford-on-Avon District Councils YouTube channel.
