Convert 5 Orbit Owned
Properties being leased by SDC as Temporary Accommodation from
Family Accommodation to use as both Single and Family
Accommodation.

Content

Interim Head of Housing,
Revenues & Customer Services  to
approve the allocation of up to a maximum of £55k (Capital
already earmarked from the Homelessness Prevention Grant by
finance) to be used as a one off project for Conversion Works to 5
Orbit Owned Properties already leased to SDC for use as Temporary
Accommodation by SDC in order to meet statutory
obligations.
