That 19 Sheep Street Stratford
upon Avon will be advertised for letting and that the Deputy Chief
Executive, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Law and
Governance and the Monitoring Officer, acting under the delegated
authority within the SDC Constitution, will complete the
negotiations and grant a new lease.

Reasons for the decision

To maintain a high-class
shopping centre for Stratford-upon-Avon and to generate
income.
