budget allocation of £250,000 from the capital maintenance
budget for the refurbishment of kitchen and toilet facilities in
Elizabeth House, and to authorise the procurement of a qualified
and competent contractor to perform the works.

The leader has the following
options to consider:

To support the recommendations in the report,
allowing for use of the capital maintenance budget and granting
authority to conduct procurement for a suitable
contractor.

To not support the recommendations in the report at
this time and request further information.
3.  
To not support the recommendations, resulting in no
planned refurbishment work taking place on these spaces at this
time.
