That the Council will grant a new licence to
the existing licencee.

Reasons for the decision

The parcel of land is adjacent to residential
properties in Admington and is held by
the Council for possible long-term use.
The Parish Council hasn’t expressed an
interest in pursuing a local housing needs survey, therefore a
local need housing scheme is unlikely in the next few years.
As currently no use is identified, the use of
a licence in the interim protects the Council’s interest.
The proposed licence will be documented by
Legal Services
