That the Council will grant a new licence to
vary the rooms occupied by the  existing
licencee.

Reasons for the decision

The Council has a few rooms on the first floor
of Venture House which are licensed to small business.  Currently a licencee occupies Rooms 3 & 4,
they wish to change this to occupy Rooms 4 & 5.  The reason is that the room sizes and the licence
fee are better for the licencee. 
The changes proposed will be documented by
Legal Services to ensure the Council is protected.  The Council’s ability to achieve vacant
possession of the rooms should it be needed isn’t impacted on
by the proposal.
