That the Council will grant a
new licence to the existing licensee for six years.

Reasons for the decision

The parcel of land is adjacent
to residential properties and is held by the Council for possible
long-term use.
It is not covered by a current
local housing needs survey; therefore, a local need housing scheme
is unlikely in the next few years.
As currently no use is
identified, the use of a licence in the interim protects the
Council’s interest.
The proposed licence will be
documented by Legal Services with their costs being
covered.
