fair.

That the Council give consent
to granting the licence.
 

Reasons for the decision

The mop fair is held annually
in the town centre and the operator each year requests the use of
the car park.  The fair is local
attraction for residents and visitors. The Council is protected
with a licence drafted by Legal Services and with an appropriate
level of insurance from the licencee.
 
The proposed dates between
12:00 noon on the 19th until midnight on the 20th
October 2025.
