appoint Pulse to do the consultancy on the construction and
building works for Stratford-on-Avon District Council.

Content

To award a contract to Pulse
from a framework, maximum up to £150k for services as
required according to the different workstreams that are
necessary.

Reasons for the decision

To gain expert advice on
construction projects due to the current lack of a construction
manager. Budget currently available within the construction team
budgets due to vacancy and funds currently available.

Alternative options considered

1.  
Calling off framework considered most appropriate
and expeditious in the circumstances;

Alternative option considered such as full tender;

Not to appoint.
