To endorse the response to the
Birmingham Local Plan Focused Preferred Options consultation set
out at Appendix 1 and agree for it to be submitted to
Birmingham City Council on behalf of Stratford-on-Avon District
Council, and Warwick District Council in the context of joint plan
making on the South Warwickshire Local Plan.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the views of the
Stratford-on-Avon District Council are made to Birmingham City
Council when considering issues of relevance to the district and
strategic cross boundary matters.
