Reasons for the decision

Bridgeway House sits on the Council’s
land, the latter being subject to a ground lease which expires in
2112.  The Council does not receive any
rent and has no responsibility for the land or building.
 
The Council’s costs are being covered,
and its interests are protected, with the licences being drafted by
Legal Services.
