That the Council will grant a new licence
 

Reasons for the decision

A number of commercial properties in Mansell
Street back on to the SDC land and may access their parking via
it.  Granting a licence ensures that the
owner of No 7 does not gain any rights to the access. 
The proposed licence is for five years with an
annual commercial fee (as other properties) with the licencee
covering SDC’s legal costs.
SDC is protected from risk due to the
involvement of Legal in the drafting
