To endorse the response set out
within the table at Appendix 1 and agree for it to be
submitted to the Government on behalf of the Stratford-on-Avon
District Council.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the views of the
Stratford-on-Avon District Council are made to the Government on
matters covered in the consultation on proposed reforms to the NPPF
and other changes to the planning system.
