That the Council varies the
lease.

Reasons for the decision

It has come to light that the
lease to SLM includes all of the land
between it and Orchard House and as a result this means that
suitable access isn’t available to the latter.  SLM has agreed to vary its lease so that the
Council is given retained rights over the land for
access.
