Consideration of
Examiner’s report and confirmation of SDC’s decision as
to what action to take in response to each of the Examiner’s
proposed modifications.

Content

To endorse the Examiner’s
recommended modifications as set out in the Decision Statement
(Appendix 1); confirm the Beaudesert and Henley-in-Arden NDP, as
modified, meets the Basic Conditions test; confirm that the
modified Plan should now proceed to referendum.
