To endorse the schedule of
comments at Appendix 1 as the formal Stratford-on-Avon District
Council response to the submission version of the Beaudesert and
Henley-in-Arden NDP (Appendix 2)

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the views of
Stratford-on-Avon District Council are taken into account by the
Examiner for the Beaudesert and Henley-in-Arden NDP.

Alternative options considered

1. To endorse the schedule of
comments to the submission version of the Beaudesert and
Henley-in-Arden NDP as set out in Appendix 1, either as drafted or
subject to minor changes and forward to the Examiner for
consideration.
2. To request that further work
be done to revise the formal response prior to it being reported
back to the Portfolio Holder for endorsement.
3. To decide that it would be
inappropriate to submit the responses to the Examiner
