To grant a lease of the land on the following
terms:
A term of 15 years
Rent: £3,700 per annum
The tenant to be responsible for the building
on the land (to repair, maintain and insure, and to remove it at
the end of the lease if requested by the Council)
There are no costs to the Council in granting
the lease.
