To endorse the response attached at
Appendix 1 and agree for it to be submitted to the
Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DLUHC) as
the Council’s formal response to the consultation.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the views of Stratford-on-Avon
District Council are made known to DLUHC to help inform their
changes to the current planning system.
