Consideration was given to the
recommendation from The Cabinet, as contained in Minute 195 of its
meeting held on 4 September 2023, in respect of the Statement of
Community Involvement update.
 
Following which, it
was
 

RESOLVED:
 

1)  
That the revised Statement of
Community Involvement, Appendix 1 of the agenda report, be approved
for formal consultation; and

2)  
That authority be delegated to the
Head of Development, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Planning and Economic Development, to agree any minor further
changes to the draft Statement of Community Involvement as may be
needed prior to the public consultation.
