Purpose

The current services contract for the Next
Steps Accommodation Programme is due to expire on 19th July 2024.
This services contract is supplemented by a lease from SDC to the
services provider of 4 different properties in Stratford upon Avon
and Alcester. The lease is due to expire on 5th September 2024.
 
Both the services contract and lease were
granted for a period of 3 years with the option for SDC to extend
the same for up to 1 year.
 
It has been decided to extend the terms of the
services contract and lease until 18 July 2025

the current lease (on the same terms as the current lease) for a
period expiring 18th July 2025.
