Proposed lease to develop the
former mini golf site at the Recreation Ground Stratford upon Avon
with a new facility.
An officer’s decision was
made on 9th December 2021 to grant the lease to the winning
tenderer in accordance with a procurement exercise.

To grant the lease to the
winning tenderer but with changes to the terms that were included
in the procurement exercise.  The

below.
