To endorse the response set out
within the table at Appendix 1 and agree for it to be
submitted to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council on behalf of the
Stratford-on-Avon District Council, and Warwick District Council in
the context of joint plan making on the South Warwickshire Local
Plan.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the views of the
Stratford-on-Avon District Council are made to Sandwell
Metropolitan Borough Council when considering issues of relevance
to the district and strategic cross boundary matters.
