Temporary Accommodation to Spring Housing Association
Limited.

Reasons for the decision

Compliance with Cabinet
Decision of 23 October 2023: (3) That the contract award be
delegated to the Head of Housing, Revenues and Customer Services in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder. The relevant Portfolio
Holder has been consulted and is in agreement with the
award.

Alternative options considered

There were no options as Spring
Housing were the only tenderer, 
provision of the service is essential for SDC to fulfil its
homelessness duties and it is unlikely that a new tender process
would achieve a different outcome.
