The Appeals Sub Committee hears and decides on appeals made by senior council officers regarding disciplinary actions, grievances, or other employment decisions. This includes appeals from Statutory Officers, Strategic Directors, and Heads of Service. The committee's remit covers decisions made by the Council or the Employment Committee, with the exception of dismissals.
